1. Whats your normal turnaround for your services? For one tape, the general turn around time is usally one day. In most cases our customers will bring more than one tape to transfer. With a bundle of tapes for one client, sometimes it can take several days for the project to be completed. Please call us for more information about our current work load; as this can play a role in the turn around time as well. If you need a quick turn around time we will try hard to accomidate your needs.
2.) What can ODDS transfer? At ODDS, we transfer many types of video tapes (and audio tapes) We can transfer: VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, Hi-8, Digital 8, MiniDV, 8mm videotape, 8mm, and Super 8 tapes.
3.) Will the DVD run on my Macintosh computer?
If your Macintosh computer has a DVD-ROM drive and can play regular Hollywood DVDs, it is very likely that the DVDs will play on the Macintosh.
4.) Will ODDS repair broken videotapes?
No. ODDS doesn't repair broken video tapes at this time. Call us and we can point you in the right direction, however.
5.) Will my original materials be returned?
Absolutely! All tapes and cassettes will be returned with the completed order.
6.) Will the quality of my video tape footage be edited or enhanced?
For video to DVD transfers, our service is strictly a straight transfer service. Footage will not be enhanced.
7.) Where and how do I place my order?
We are strictly an in-person service, so please call us at 314-518-6966 to set up a time to drop off the project materials.
8.) Will my orders be sent out for processing or are they done in house?
